Du 21 au 25 octobre 2018 s’est tenu le SIAL 2018, Salon International de l’Alimentation. Les finalistes et lauréats du concours étaient exposés sur le stand de la région Hauts-de-France. Les équipes du CERTIA Interface et du Comité de Promotion étaient aux côtés des lauréats, pour présenter la démarche du concours et valoriser l’ensemble des produits finalistes et lauréats auprès des visiteurs.
